Welcome to Arius Holidays & Travels. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, travel packages, bookings, and related services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Arius Holidays

Arius Holidays & Travels provides travel-related services including holiday packages, customized tours, flight and hotel bookings, visa assistance, transfers, corporate travel, conferences, trade fairs, and other travel services.

All services are subject to availability and to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa authorities, tour operators, cruise companies, and other service providers.

2. Booking & Reservation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Arius Holidays.
  • Prices and availability may change until the booking is confirmed.
  • The information provided during booking must be accurate and complete.
  • Customers are responsible for checking the names, dates, passport details, travel dates, and other information provided before confirming a booking.
  • Arius Holidays shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

3. Payment Terms

An advance payment may be required to initiate travel arrangements.

For applicable international travel bookings, our standard payment structure may include:

  • Advance payment of USD/EUR/GBP 500 per person, or INR 35,000 per person when paying through the payment gateway, after confirmation of the travel plan.
  • The balance amount is payable after completion of bookings and upon issuance of relevant hotel, flight, train, or other travel vouchers.
  • Where the trip begins more than 45 days after booking, the balance may be payable in two stages:
    • 50% upon receipt of relevant travel vouchers.
    • Remaining 50% at least 45 days before the trip start date.

Specific packages or services may have different payment schedules. The payment terms communicated in your quotation or booking confirmation will prevail.

4. Payment Methods

Arius Holidays may accept payments through:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • RuPay
  • Bank transfers
  • Wire transfers
  • Online payment gateways

Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, convenience fees, or transaction fees may be payable by the customer.

5. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents, including where applicable:

  • Passport
  • Visa
  • Travel insurance
  • Entry permits
  • Vaccination or health certificates
  • Other documents required by the destination country or service provider

Passports should generally have sufficient validity and blank pages as required by the destination and relevant authorities.

Arius Holidays may assist with visa applications; however, visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or visa-processing centre.

Arius Holidays cannot guarantee visa approval.

6. Visa Services

Visa applications are subject to the rules and requirements of the relevant embassy, consulate, government authority, or visa-processing centre.

The customer is responsible for providing genuine, accurate, complete, and valid documents.

Arius Holidays shall not be responsible for:

  • Visa refusal.
  • Delays caused by government authorities.
  • Changes in embassy requirements.
  • Appointment availability.
  • Additional documentation requested by authorities.
  • Decisions made by immigration or visa authorities.

Visa service fees may be non-refundable once the application process has commenced, subject to the applicable cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

7. Flights & Transportation

Airline tickets, train tickets, transfers, and other transportation services are subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions.

Changes, cancellations, no-shows, baggage restrictions, refunds, and rebooking are governed by the relevant carrier's policies.

Arius Holidays will assist customers where possible but does not control airline, railway, transport, or other third-party policies.

8. Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel bookings are subject to the hotel's availability and individual terms and conditions.

Hotel facilities, room categories, check-in/check-out times, meals, taxes, deposits, and cancellation conditions may vary.

Hotels may require a security deposit or additional payment directly from the customer.

Arius Holidays is not responsible for changes made by hotels regarding facilities, room allocation, amenities, or operational arrangements.

9. Travel Packages

Package itineraries are subject to availability and operational conditions.

Arius Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Safety considerations.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Hotel availability.
  • Local operational conditions.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Where changes are required, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the services booked.

Refunds for hotels, flights, trains, cruises, activities, transfers, and other services are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers.

Applicable cancellation charges, service fees, taxes, administrative fees, and other non-refundable amounts may be deducted from the refund.

Consultation and service fees may be non-refundable.

For cancellations made within 21 days or less before the trip, a cancellation fee of INR 6,000 may apply, in addition to applicable supplier cancellation charges.

Refund processing is dependent on receipt of the refund from the relevant service provider.

11. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method or another agreed payment method.
  • Payment gateway or banking charges may be deducted where applicable.
  • Refund processing timelines depend on the respective supplier and payment provider.
  • Visa-related refunds, where applicable, may take approximately 30–45 days.

The actual refund amount will depend on the applicable supplier's cancellation and refund rules.

12. Rescheduling & No-Show

Rescheduling and no-show conditions are governed by the policies of the relevant airline, hotel, railway, visa centre, tour operator, or other service provider.

Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

A no-show may result in complete forfeiture of the booking amount depending on the supplier's terms.

13. Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance before travelling.

Travel insurance may cover circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, delays, or other unforeseen events depending on the selected policy.

Arius Holidays is not responsible for losses that could have been covered under an appropriate travel insurance policy.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Provide genuine and valid documents.
  • Follow immigration and destination-country requirements.
  • Follow airline, hotel, transport, and tour-provider rules.
  • Arrive at airports, stations, hotels, and meeting points on time.
  • Pay all applicable charges within the specified deadlines.
  • Respect local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain appropriate travel insurance where required or recommended.

15. Third-Party Service Providers

Arius Holidays works with independent third-party providers including airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators, visa centres, insurance providers, tour operators, and other suppliers.

These services are governed by the respective provider's terms and conditions.

Arius Holidays is not responsible for circumstances that are directly caused by the independent service provider, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, service interruptions, strikes, or operational changes.

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving such issues.

16. Force Majeure

Arius Holidays shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Pandemics or epidemics.
  • War or civil unrest.
  • Terrorism.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Strikes.
  • Political disturbances.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Airport or border closures.
  • Changes in immigration regulations.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such circumstances, refunds or compensation will be subject to the policies of the relevant service providers.

17. Prices & Taxes

All prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Prices may change because of:

  • Currency fluctuations.
  • Airline or hotel price changes.
  • Government taxes.
  • Fuel surcharges.
  • Visa fees.
  • Supplier charges.
  • Changes in exchange rates.

Applicable taxes and government charges may be added to the quoted price where required.

18. Foreign Exchange

Arius Holidays does not directly provide foreign exchange services unless specifically stated.

Customers should use authorised foreign exchange providers for currency transactions.

Arius Holidays shall not be responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations, commissions, fees, or discrepancies arising from foreign exchange transactions conducted through third parties.

19. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and current.

However, destination information, photographs, descriptions, prices, availability, itineraries, and other content may change.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without prior notice.

20. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Arius Holidays unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

21. User Reviews & Content

Customers may submit reviews, photographs, feedback, and other content.

By submitting such content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit the content.
  • The content does not violate any applicable law.
  • The content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
  • The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading material.

Arius Holidays may use submitted reviews, photographs, and feedback for promotional and informational purposes, subject to applicable law.

22. Privacy

Personal information provided to Arius Holidays is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may share necessary information with airlines, hotels, embassies, visa centres, transport providers, insurance providers, payment processors, and other service providers when required to provide the requested service.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arius Holidays shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from services provided by independent third parties.

Our responsibility is generally limited to the services directly provided by us and to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. Changes to Terms

Arius Holidays reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be published on the website and will become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise specified.

Customers should review the Terms & Conditions before making a booking.

25. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
